May we use PostHog to measure visits and which pages and examples people use? Analytics is optional. The site works either way.
What we collect
If you agree, we send page paths, referring websites, campaign labels, browser and device type, and actions such as choosing a team or copying an example request to PostHog in the US.
PostHog stores a random visitor ID on this device to count repeat visits. We do not record sessions, collect form or chat text, or send names, email addresses, full query strings, or location data in these events.
PostHog receives your IP address as part of the connection; our setup disables IP storage and location enrichment. Your choice stays in this browser until you change it or clear site data. Turning analytics off stops new events and clears its visitor storage; it does not erase events already sent.
We honor Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control. PostHog privacy policy.
